CellC cancelling contract

Please could the CellC rep assist me in cancelling contract which expired in December. I sent email in November or early December requesting cancellation and I seem to recall getting an acknowledgement of receipt from them. I have emigrated. True to form, I see they are still deducting monthly fee. Please assist.
