I at least got a reference number when I called in.I've done that twice since Friday. Got zero response. Emailed their onlinesupport twice (Saturday and this morning), no response.

just spent 35 minutes on hold with #140 only to eventually hear they are having service problems in certain areas and Midrand is one of them.
its sort of working now - black modem goes cyan but connection is up and down - the fast modem is connecting better, the white modem is cyan but no data transfer, still
edit - I drove around midrand - not as far as corporate park, but around the k101, grand central, new road nothing, carlswarld (next to cell c shop) was fine, but then adega 5 minutes away, nothing - supper though at adega was flippen awesome![]()
