CellC citrus tablet

Four months ago, my wife took out a contract with CellC on two Citrus tablets, one for her, and the other for our eldest daughter.

But recently both tablets are giving issues, they freeze randomly, and sometimes when you reboot them, they fail to start up properly.

Any suggestions?
