Nobody is allowed to lock phones anymore in SA.. ICASA ruled

Yes, if your SP gave you a locked phone they must unlock it for free. Minimum salary for a contract varies with the method of payment you use and also which provider you are taking the contract out with.

Ok what are the required minimum salary for cellc,mtn and vodacom on all the packages for a n70 on contract? Any help guys.
