Hi everyone, I'm starting this thread to display to CellC which areas have issues, maybe something can be done if everything is centrally located.

Please post your area and dates or times of incidents and what the problem is.

As per Ginngs Instructions:

The best way to let Cell-C know about issues is to follow the steps below:
To effectively diagnose the problem, we request affected subscribers to forward the following details to [email protected].

>when was the problem experienced

I'm listing the problem here for reference purposes. Since I posted the thread things have improved substantially. So no need to contact me,

I think it's best if this thread is used for future problems so everything could be located in one area.

>Detailed description of the fault/ problem: Extremely slow network speed as of 16 Feb - up to date. Cannot browse even the lightest sites. Disconnects constantly. Or if it isnt doing that. It stays connected but no throughput on dl/ul.

Hope things improve, been experiencing terrible speeds.
