Cellc fibre down

We are on cellc fibre at work got in this morning and no Internet. Contacted them and they say a lot of customers are down and they have escalated this to Vumatel but do not have a Vumatel reference no. Yet. This is on Vumatel aerial in Illovo Jhb. Anyone else down in Illovo?
