Hi,

My friend wants to get one of those CELLC USB modems to play his Xbox online...

Has anyone tried this? - I imagine the latency would suck

For now, it looks good, depending on signal, but I would assume that as more and more people get it, it will get worse.

Latencies are as good as DSL...for the moment. Hard to see what will happen as more customers join.

Thanks guys..

Yoh Zerf, you having a bad day?

How we gonna post speed test from a 360?

I use it and little or no lag. Play Medal of honour and halo: Reach multiplayer and it rocks. If you got good coverage than it works out perfect. I'm using it. Check the other cell c threads on gaming. I think one of its a sticky.

For some reason when playing Black Ops on my 360 I can never find any games in the game lobby.

I would have thought the latency would be nearly unplayable.

Would love to see some actual numbers, maybe someone can bother doing a ping test? As in, from your PC. Ping saix.net or something or go to speedtest.net. Simple.

C:\>ping -n 20 saix.net
