Hi there all,

This is a clear and concise warning to all wanna be speed stick owners. CellC is KAK!

Dont buy it.

I've had mine since the start of their 5 gig packages in Gauteng (nov 2010). The same thing happens 99% of the evenings: connection slows down and then I get <30mbps upload speeds. This happens from 6pm to around 10pm. So guess what, I cant use it when I want to use it......

This is probably as a result of CellC selling too many speedsticks and now they can't handle them all, as it wasn't a problem before April'ish.

Admin: Pls dont tell me to go post this in that other thread, I've done it before and it didn't get me anywhere.

Also, forget about complaining to "Trevor". 8 Complaints = 1 response. Forget about phoning their technical call center (0841555555) cause they never answer (I just spent 15 min of my life hoping that someone will answer).

FU CellC, FU.

I suggest that you PM the Cell C rep with your Cell ID. Hopefully he can get someone to take a look at the tower.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience though. If the rep can't get somebody to fix the issue, how about sending LPR a PM? He would definitely like to hear about it.

Cell C is k*k for you, that's the only thing you can say. Cell is fab for me.
