CellC KC (Kenilworth Centre) Tower down?

Noticed today that my RSSI was -103 dBm. Checked the CellId and saw that I am connected to different tower (41815), whereas I usually connect to the tower on KC (get between -81 and -71 dBm) . Anybody else who normally connects to the KC tower notice this?

Interesting. Change occurred after I tried the TCP tweaks in Teraside's post. Seems that I did not apply the tweaks properly. Run the script and now I am again connected to KC (41652). Getting -77dBm.
