Just got the monthly statement yesterday for a Casualchat 100 contract we have with Nashua (I know:(). Afaik you get 100 off-peak minutes to ANY network right? Typical, they charged me R0.01 for a ~20 min call to a 084 number at 20:06 the one day and ~R17 for another ~20 min call at 01:04 in the morning! (I'll check the amounts when I get back home) Thats it, I did not go near my 100 minutes even and they charged me. They probably thought I would not notice... lol. I'm sure that this is not normal? How does one dispute these charges? Would any CellC shop be able to help me?

Edit: This post was written at the speed of light - Queued for proper rewrite. :)

If you are with Nashua Mobile, then you must raise a query direct with them as they manage your billing and a responsible for it. I suggest calling their call centre and logging a call, make sure you get the name of the person you speak to and any reference numbers.

This was "my bad". The amount that they "charged" for the calls amounted to about ~R20. About the difference from the previous month. Thought it was for the calls. Seems I was wrong. Looking at the bottom of the statement now I see they are charging R21-R22 for Itemised Billing from July 2008. The exact amount that differs from the previous statement. :(

Now to find out why I'm suddenly being charged R21-R22 for itemised billing...
