I see that Cellc finally changed the rates they charge to 0861, 0860 and 0800 numbers. It is now down to less that R1 per minute.
Before a 1 min call to a 0800 would have cost you R2.50 billed on a per minute base.
This changed without notice and no mention on their website either. Have you guys noticed the change?
I did when I phone the post office contact center and after checking my unbilled balance I was not give a heart attack.....
I usually kept a prepaid MTN sim just to call these types of number since it was too expensive on Cellc.

, this helps especially when you have to also phone their credit department [?] that isn't free at all for any disputes.
