Cellc soft lock and the R1 extra charge

So

Fast forward a couple of months more.... After being downgraded from 100gb to 80gb (split) and being charged now r544pm

We now have another trick from cellc !

In order to increase money in their business account, they have now gone and charged me R1 extra on top of my account (even though its been fully paid by debit order from them)

Even while I have gigs left on my account !!

Please watch out cellc customers.

R1 from say 2 million subs = R2 million in their cookie jar.

After giving them my R1, I now have 23mbps again.

Me too. The data has already been paid for and every month I use everything up to the last gig and never have these issues. Never in my life have I ever been soft locked.
