Why have the upload speeds for CellC been absolutely horrific over the past few months in and around the Durban area.
I first thought it was congestion during work hours in Durban central but last night when at home it took me 28 minutes to send off a 1.9Mb email attachment.
I ran speed test and it was at 53Kbps.
Is anyone else having the same problem, or is anyone aware as to why it is so bad?
