Hi Guys,
Quick question, are contracts ( i.e. itemised billing, contract cost etc etc ) all paid for in advance?
Reason I ask is I just upgrade my MTN contract on 11/04... my billing period is 10th - 10th, and i just received my bill only to be charged for the full contract less the OOB calls which obviously hasnt been made yet.
When I first opened the contract years ago, I didn't pay the first month up front for the contract, and the reason for only upgrading on the 11 was i changed to my alternate number so now sit with a massive bill ( calls made from old number plus the new contract which i moved to my alternate sim )
