Cellphone emulators

Hi all

Has anyone come across any cellphone emulators? Both the OS and hardware emulator
Where could I find them?

I'm looking to dev some apps, but need a way to verify that they work across all platforms

You can download the Android APK from android.com. You can choose any android version you want to emulate.

Also if you download the WP7 dev tools it comes with the emulator.
