Hi Everyone,
Im Biscuit.. and I am a new user on this forum :)
I have a question, (it might have been answered somewhere on this forum,) but please bear with me.
A woman working with me is receiving constant harassing phonecalls on her cellphone as well as at work.
This person is phoning every number in our building and will just put the phone down, then phoning again. When he phones her, he will threaten her and insult her or the person that is picking up the phone. He goes as far as phoning the CEO of the company and her bosses and HR and he tries his best for her to loose her job.
There is a police case open for this, but the police is not doing anything, neither is vodacom (even with the court order that forces them to assist). We need to find out where this person is so that he can be arrested. The problem is he is an ex cop and knows how to avoid detection..
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks guys!
Biscuit

Tell him to piss-off or when you'll catch him (which you will) you shall cut off his wiener with a spoon.

um, not trying to be mean, but why don't they just hang up the phone as soon as they realize it is him? Do they have caller ID? Is he masking his ID? Surely the police can find out where he is calling from? I just find it hard to believe that BOTH the police and Vodacom are doing nothing about this?

1) Hang up on him
2) If he insists on calling back... keep him on the line as long as possible (he is paying for these calls remember)
3) Find out what his psychological problem is, or issue with this woman and pull some reverse psychology on him.

Poor lady :(

A work colleague did this to me (well, call and then put the phone down immediatly). I suspected who it was and got the proof. He quit it immediately after I said he must stop.

He doesn't realise how close I was to blikseming him real hard...

We take turns answering her phone now.. so she can get some work done.. the problem is, he's phoning the office numbers now..we do answer and he puts down in a second.. sometimes he does talk.. we just dont respond.. but it is getting very irritating and she cannot do her job with all the interruptions.. :( we have someone trying to help.. but with all the death-threats she is getting we are all a bit worried..

Thanx for all the replies!

Do you have his mobile/fixed line number? If yes, I can refer you to someone who can track him down and arrest/beat him. (for a fee of course.)
