Cellphone PDA advice

I am looking for a cellphone/pda with a large screen to view internet and video. What is the one with the biggest screen and has a mini qwerty keyboard that one can get from MTN. I can't seem to fathom this one out. Typically for travelling..I hate lugging a notebook around.

Some brands and series numbers would be welcome

HTC Touch Diamond...
3 inch screen, VGA (good for movies)
I think it comes with OPera, not sure, but u can dowload it...

Yeah, HTC Touch Diamond is cool - looking at one for myself, but it doesn't have a keyboard as such - but the Touch Pro does... How about the Treo Pro or Samsung i780? Or if you're going the no-keyboard route, an iPhone 3G?

I agree HTC diamond is best right now. If price is a consideration Sony Ericsson P1 is available on Mycall 100 for free right now and it's a great phone (specwise meets what you need but behind the Diamond, also no Microsoft which is better).
