I bought ground and I want someone to put a base station on it. We were offered a tower base station in jhb but we moved and now I cant get anyone to give me the right info or contact details.

Who offered you a tower base station in JHB?
Did you lose their contact info?
Why would you think that just because you "bought ground" someone will want to put a base station on it?
It is all about location and a need for a station.

Unlikely it would happen. Towers aren't just put up when people request them but there's a lot of planning and even if one was required it may not fall on your property. Then depending on the type of property it may not be feasible as people don't like looking at these things from their back yard.
