Sign up with GoogleMy cell phone Nokia 6288 has all of a sudden decided to no work properly. It freezes when I get SMS's and sometimes just wont respond but when you press the buttons it does make a sound. I tried switching it off and on numerous times sometimes it works for a bit (except the red end call button) then just stops working all together. Got the phone about 6 months ago. How should I handle the warranty? Who should I contact? Nokia SA themselves? Was "free" from a cell c weekender contract.
