Is there a way to find a cellphone number of a person by using details, such as name, address, ID?

It depends if they have it listed publicly or privately, sometimes you get lucky if the person is clueless about online privacy.

Where you can do all kinds of people or company searches (not free).

If you can find them in a search, then go to their profile and click "about"...
