I booked for flights Cape Town to Jhb return the past week and wonder who uses Cemair.

Prices, including luggage and 2 golf bags were approximately (rounded)
Cemair R9700
Airlink R8700
Flysafair R6600.

Everytime I book flights I consider Cemair and every time their prices were far higher than the others. Anyone care to explain what they found better than the others?

Sometimes Airink comes close to Flysafair, but Cemair never does.

Flwn with them a few times. Survived, which is pretty much all I ask.

Planes were pretty old. Covers on seats worn out.

Looking at prices of Cemair, I wonder why I prefer to visit Europe than CT.

I've flown with them a few times. Nothing special. Seats are better than the ones Safair stole from a bus. The planes are old but comfortable and they offer meals and beverages.

Once and never again.

Flight to Jo’burg made the mistake to sit right at the back and I swear I felt every single movement the pilot made on the yolk and it always felt like we are about to drop an engine.

Flying back made sure we sat two rows from the front and it was only marginally better.
