I admit it, I complained about MyWireless so now I am a Baddie.
So if other companies have the Sentech approach I am now a serial Baddie.
I have genuine complaints about Sentechs products not delivering what they have advertised. Other companies to whom I have complained have without exception fixed the problem complained about.
Ones that I can recall are: SABC, Medscheme, MTN, RCI, Standard Bank, Flight Centre, Makro, Hyperama, CNA, Mondi, Parmelat ETV, DSTV, SA Homeloans, ABSA.
However to be fair I compliment as well, some of the above have been on both ends.
I run a Company and I want to know what my customers problems are. The worst customers are the ones that just don't buy anymore. The best ones, although they are a PITA at times, are the ones with complaints, because then you can improve your product.
Sentech are making a big mistake with their actions and one wonders if the people in charge would like to be treated as they are treating their customers.
I have watched this forum swing over the past two months from a very pro My Wireless site to an anti. Sentech should have acted sooner to heed the valid complaints aired on this site.
