Would you trust a census in, say, Israel? You wouldn't consider they would adjust information for their own benefit?

Regarding newspapers, go onto news24.com or give me a link to another news site. There will be one, maybe two murders listed daily. Where does the figure of 50 odd per day come in then? The government must be grossly exaggerating the figures.

that mail just smells like someone trying to stir. What would they gain by lying? You would think they would rather lie about the illegals or something.

People were just negative about this from the start, I do not think they will change their minds. :D

You have to admit, getting the forms filled out in pencil was never going to help ease paranoia. Perhaps that is the point though? Hmmmm. Perhaps i'm the paranoid one lol.

Well considering I haven't been counted depsite calling the call centre on numberous occasions to remind them to actually come and count me, I'm now over this...

Plus also walking around my complex looking at peoples doors perhaps 1 in 5 actually has a census sticker. So in my area alone before anyone even fiddles with results or loses forms or gets refusals or inaccurately fills in forms cencus accuracy is < 20%

*Sigh*
 
Never mind, we'll have this thread to refer back to everytime someone quotes 'Census 2011' stats :)
 
Since when does one fill in official documentation with a PENCIL ?!?!?!

That alone indicated from the start that this is nothing more than a farce...
 
Still waiting for them to come around for my details. Maybe I'll be lucky and they will make it for the next census.
