WARNING - This is still under development so as always backup before trying anything.

To add yum repo do the following

create/open /etc/yum.repos.d/centos7-prerelease.repo

[centos7-prerelease]
name=CentOS 7 Prerelease
baseurl=http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64-latest/
enabled=1
priority=1
gpgcheck=0
 
i wonder for how long this nice distro will last ...... now that RHEL has its claws in the development team behind it
 
I'd say still very long. You will that even other projects based on Redhat EL or CentOS will now all be converging with CentOS as the center piece. Good times ahead.

RH7 and CentOS 7 is one of the best enterprise versions released to date. I really like the way Redhat chose to go with this version. It is absolutely epic to use, having some new tech available on a rock solid distribution.
 
Well have my 1st server converted to 7. Very happy with it thus far. Then again, I was in love with systemd before, so have at least some minimal experience with it. Was fun cleaning up rc.local on this CentOS 5 server and move all the commands into the proper places and locations, this is a server that was originally set up before CentOS 6 was even released, and I learned helluva lot since then. Love the feeling of a clean well set up server.
