Centos YUM issue

Hi everyone

I am a real newbie!

I am battling to install mod_ssl and openssl on Centos, I am tryin YUM, and have tried to resolve the error below with tons of Google searches. The "YUM clean all" option does not work. Anyone have any suggestions for the following:

[root@localhost admin]# yum install modssl openssl

Trying other mirror.

delete the dropbox repo file. /etc/yum.repos.d/dropbox.repo

the url in the repo file doesnt exist
