Centurion Chronoguard keeps losing settings

We have been having the same issue for 5 months now. Have had numerous contractors out, read through all the manuals and took the motor to Centurion Systems to no avail. Every time we set the Chronoguard settings including exclusions for public holidays, the gate works immediately after setting, but then it looks like it loses all the settings as later in the day it does not work as per the settings set. Centurion has even set the settings in the Chronoguard for us, which also didn't work. The gate remote works and the gate and loop works if we put the gate on FRX only. Any ideas as to why this happens?
