Centurion D5 Gate motor...driving me INSANE!!!! Please HELP!

Hi, I need some help please. It all started when battery connector broke off and my gate was opening and closing very slowly. After replacing the electrical "lug" and re-plugging the battery everything was working fine.or NOT . After a while my intercom went dead and I got a message " safety beams active" which meant the gate no longer opened or closed. Clearly something had gone wrong and the only way I could fix it at such short notice was to bridge the safety beams and thus bypassing them. The gate works fine now however for some strange unknown reason only certain remotes work (those blue one`s with the 4 buttons) , the rest of the "other remotes" does not ....... Yes maybe I might have changed a setting or something on the computer And now need to know if such a setting exist or how do I fix this. I tried re-adding one of the remotes and when pressing the remote button (when asked to do so) it does not pick up a signal :-(... as mentioned I have about another 4 remotes that used to work and now none of them respond..... thanks
