Century City - ADSL availability

Hey,

I'm fed up of the internet provided through ISGS and I'm moving because of it.

I understand that there are some complexes within the Century City area that can get Telkom ADSL. Can anyone confirm the quality of the service within the area?

I'm kind of worried that it will be crappy ADSL, because ISGS have leased out the local exchange from Telkom (that's what they say) and so I don't want to move apartments and find I have to get bad ADSL from an exchange 20kms away.

im in the island club in century city and i have a 4 meg line and its usually perfect.

How about getting WiMax from Telkom if ADSL is not available in the area. The monthly rental for a 512Kb connection is R240 which is cheaper than a 512kb DSL line...

It depends in which development you are. I know that Bougan Villa's for instance has NO Telkom infrastructure
