Dear sir. I know this is maybe not the floor to report this but desperate times calls for desperate measures!I've been reporting my complaint since January 2011, at a CellC store and customer care. Part of it was resolved and money was refunded. But the problem was still not resolved. I'm being charged on my BB contract for internet fees. After getting no assistance I went through Hello Peter. A consultant later phoned and explained that a setting was not done on my phone and she told me what to do (the phone was never opened at the store by CellC before handing it to me). After this setting, my next 'internet bill' was more than double the previous two monts combined!!! - I think that after reading this and looking at the following reference# you will understand my frustration. I have reported my complaint as follows: Hello Peter: date: 24/03/2011 your reference# 1103251676,date: 01/04/2011 your reference# 1104010830,date: 08/04/2011 no reference# from you,on 'Get Closure' website date: 13/04/2011 their reference# 47794, date: 14/04/2011 on the CellC NOAH CEO 'helpline' your reference# 1104140928. Up to date no feedback! Today I phoned 011 324 4000 / 8000 in an attempt to get through to your office five times. All I get from the switchboard is: 'Please hold the line'. The phone just rings and plays music, no answer. Then I phone back to ask for your email and guess what: 'Please hold the line'. The phone just rings, no answer. Just music playing. What more can I do? Please help!
