CFD Corporate - Money Back

I am looking for some help,

My new Grandmother in Law has deposeted about $4000 in to a CFD Corporate account and I would like to know if this is a scam, site looks ligit.

When using the withdrawal function we keep on getting a Error, so I have one of 2 options and would like to know if there is other options I can explore.

Option 1:
Keep on hammering there support to get the funds back, they only have internatonal contact details and mail

Option 2:
Buy BitCoin and send to my wallet and from there get it back to my account and send the funds back to my Grandmother in Law.

Any help will be appreciated.

Though of course they might be fine and people use them without issue - crypto exchanges are also unregulated and I use them all the time. If you just want to get your money and exit it might be best to move to BTC and get it like that, can be a pain trying to get on the phone with an intl. company.

I have had a chat with the old lady and at this stage I thing the BTC would be the best option will let you guys know how it goes

just an update

I have managed to get the mony back at only a R5000.00 loss due to transaction fees and Rand dollar Exchange.

Must say it is better than nothing
