I know from experience that Vodacom seriously rip you off if you want to downgrade - or even upgrade and downgrade to what you initially signed - so I guess this may be a silly question :/ By here goes :
I'm a Smart120S with 120 minutes/500MB data @ R450.00. My handset charge is R170.00 - so together my bill is around R620.00 give or take.
Data has dropped in the past 18 months (as well as the plans) - so I could get a Smart M with 120 minutes/300MB data at R300.00 and bolt a monthly for R70. This means the package is R540.00.
Think they'll see this as a downgrade - or simply being efficient?
