There are still lots of people out there who havent changed their router's default username and password. Whether this is as a result of not knowing how or not really caring, I don't know.
It's [-]pretty[/-] really important to change this as soon as you can, if you haven't already.
Just to show how easy it is for someone with the desire to get your ADSL username and password:
■ All one has to do is scan a range of IP's using software. This software returns all the IP's that are still using the default username/password and gives you the username and password:

■ One then telnet's into the router and does a "show all" command and there is the ADSL username and password in plain text:

[*] The above method does not work for all routers and is not the only way someone can access your details.
