Changing billing type

Hi, peoples of the interweb.

Has anyone managed to change their 8ta bill type to "email only"?

When I log into My 8ta, I can see my 8ta account as well as the amount of data left. When I go to my accounts, the account is not listed there, so I am obviously unable to change the billing type. When I go back to the My 8ta page and try to add the account, I get a message saying something to the affect of "unable to add the account; It has already been added."

I did email [email protected] about this; they responded by saying they did forward it to their web developers. It is now 2 months later, I still have the same issues, and still billed for the paper copy bill (9 pages of R0.00).
 
At least you get a bill - haven't seen one yet! :wtf:
 
I have managed to get them to email me only and do change of banking details as well via the 081183 number.

In 4 months I only received 3 bills. 75% ain't bad; in fact it's graduating cum laude :D

I'll weigh the benifit of saving R16/month againt the agony of phoning a help desk.
