Ok, to make this short and simple i have a 10GB Neotel Flex account. The only reason i have this amount of cap is because there was nothing lower than 10GB, i don't actually use higher than +-5GB but needed the networking abilities.
Well now there is a 5GB Neotel Flex option. Is it possible to "Down-Grade" my 10GB account to a 5GB one.
PS then we will be able to buy a Neotel Lite phone only option!
