Changing from Contract to Prepaid

Hey guys,

My contract expires end of next month, so I want to change my contract to prepaid. I'm on a Casualchat 100 and want to change to either Easychat Standard or Easychat per Second. How easy is it to do this, and how do I do it? Can just phone the "helpdesk" and fax a request thru, or do I have to go into a shop?

You could probably do it via the call center but it is advisable to do it at a shop... makes for a smaller chance of a mess up.
