Changing mailserver to SAIX

Hi,

I have a mailserver setup with IS, but i connect with saix the mailserver doesnt send mail, give a permanent delivery failure.... Is there anything, exept the DNS that need to change in order for the to work?

No - smtp.isdsl.net should work fine. You cannot use smtp.saix.net from an IS account.

Just do a tracert and make sure that it routes via *.isdsl.* - if from another address, it won't work.

LOL ... MAO is a bit frazzled ... IS's SMTP server does not allow any non-IS ip address to use it without authentification.
Email [email protected] and ask them what username and password you can use to get authorisation to use YOUR mail server from a different service provider.
IS can create/give you one.
