can we change from my wireless 128 to one of the new packages, say 200mb with an existing 24 month contract?

The question is, can I keep my old package? the cost of this this "cost effective" internet is completely insane. R2000 for a 10gig account? Why would anyone even consider anything over the flexi 1000 package IF you could simply use the current 128 or 256 package.

My only fear is that they force us all to use the flexi package in which case my cost for internet will be about 300% more. Now thats what I call "Cost Effective"!!

It would seem so, at no cost.

but, if you change to the new package the contract period will be renewed.. won't it?
ie. new 24 months contract??

hell.. somebody woudln't want that!

Another case of fantastic "Customer service"

I phoned them to ask about what would happen to exisiting users on the current packages. The reply "Sorry, I have no idea. No one has told us anything. We may know in a week....."

Go Sentech!

and what speed does flexi packages offer?
sentech website doesn't contain any info on the speed. :P

and i wonder if "bundled package" user can change to "un-bundled package" by paying the balance of the modem or something.
ie. from 24 months contract -> month to month contract

does anyone knows about it?
