Changing preschools for a 3year old

That day has arrived.

One should never openly invite MyBB Expits to advise on the best path forward for a child.

This might be the youngest life we have ever collectively ruined.

Oh well, hope you have better luck with the next one!
lol, thanks! figured there will be one or two

At that age surely it's a creche and not a preschool?

I don't see how moving her is going to cause any lasting problems and it's going to have happen sooner or later.
thanks, Ive always used both terms meaning the same thing, mental note added.

Having 3 kids of my own (9, 6 and 3 years old), I always say, follow your instinct.

But is she unhappy? I think that should be the key indicator, as soon as they don't want to go, cry, sudden change in mood, then the alarm bells are ringing.

I understand the issue with high staff turnover, because every term when they do the assessments just to gauge their progress/regress, I can imagine it is not the best thing from a learning perspective to have intermittent teachers and an interrupted assessment. Not to mention that 8 teachers in 3 years raises eyebrows in terms of management of the creche (and what will the impact be when she is 4, 5 and 6 - these foundation years are quite important).
She is happy and that does weigh a lot yes, but we are keeping an eye on her just in case. I agree with you in terms of questioning how things are managed.

OP buying in the hype that those so called schools but are nothing more than glorified creches.

Kids under 6 will learn more from minutes of one on one interactions from somebody than several hours or these larping classroom environments.
Not really no, I agree they will have playtime and that is worth a lot, but they do need some attention from an adult that knows what she is doing. We spend a lot of time at home playing, drawing and painting etc, but the school plays an important role as well IMHO.

International schools on IB curriculum start early,2-3 is Nursery,3-4 is Pre-K. Hell most of the IB schools you can start them at 18months
