How do you transfer characters to another server? How much does it cost?

I've been playing on Khazkhan server but has virtually no other SA players...

I would really like to raid with otehr Saffers!

All the details are on your Account management page on the wow site.
I think it's about 20euro or so.

Keep an eye out for free transfers though. They come up pretty often these days.
