Changing Telkom Banking Details

So this seems like an impossible task, how does one change banking details?

- FNB debit order switch - failed (telkom refuses to take instruction from FNB)
- Logged into my account online, no option to change it
- Sent Telkom Rep a PM on myBB forum, no response
- Sent Telkom an email, no response.

Advice?
 
Does anyone have any further information on this - need to change my debit order from Nedbank to FNB.

Telkom rejected the FNB request to move the debit order.

Not sure where or who I must chat to to update my debit order details.
 
MyBB Telkom Rep changed it for me :P thats how I got it changed but ye, not sure what the "right channel" is to do so.
