Am I missing something or is it really not possible to change Telkom subscription options online? (e.g., upgrade/downgrade ADSL line speed, change "Closer" plan etc.)
I logged in on Telkom's site but pretty much all it seems to allow is viewing my bill.
Am I really going to need to call them to change anything? Just seems a bit weird for a telecoms company to not provide a website allowing one to change stuff like this. :erm:
