Changing the password on iBurst

How exactly does one change the password on an iBurst account? I'm 100% sure someone else is using my account and all my bandwidth

They have to do it on the OSS system. Good luck with that as you will need a lot of patience and chill pills with those bunch of incompetents.

You have to contact iburst call centre to change password, some partners can do it if they have setup their system to API to iburst cactus system.

No-one can steal your bandwidth on iburst, as your login/password is directly linked to your Serial number and UT-id of your iburst modem. Even as a iburst partner I cannot use login1 on serialno2 device. Suggest you run a full virus/spyware scan, and disable any wifi if you have a wireless router setup at your home/office - hackers could be logging in via the Wifi
