Channel Account Executive
Minimum Requirements for the role:
• Matric
• Sales training / certification
• Minimum 3 years previous telecoms and/or IT sales, account management and business development experience
• Basic technical understanding of telecoms products, specifically VoIP and IP technology
• Understanding of IT channel, product positioning and competitive conditions
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, techniques and principles
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Key Performance Areas:
• Prospecting for new accounts and seeking opportunities to increase sales on existing accounts.
• Establish fruitful business relationships within the industry that are beneficial to Even Flow in the process of making sales and forging profitable partnerships
• Conduct regular sales calls/visits to develop customer relationships.
• Presenting new product models to key accounts and channel accounts
• Account management of existing key accounts
• Business development on dormant and 0 value accounts
• Assisting in promotion events and product exhibitions to customers
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customer’s needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
• Set sales goals and tasks through company CRM
