There are quite a lot of Chinese shops in Derrick Avenue, Cyrildene, near Bruma Lake, with at least 3 general dealers where you can get all manner of cooking ingredients.

before you go away, what is this sauce you seek ?

It's like a chinese BBQ sauce which they use on ribs and grilled food. Usually pork, but I paint it on anything. So good.

think i must try the stuff - have to pass chinatown here on monday (i usually avoid the place as it seems to always smell of 2minute noodles)

I live above a chinese household. I can't walk past without getting hungry. Chinese food is my favourite. If they spoke english, I would tell them. :erm:
