Character portrait missing

Hi guys

I'm having a slight problem with one of my characters. The portrait that usually shows on the mobile armory and on forums, facebook wow feed, etc., doesn't show.

It's not the end of the world, but very annoying. My other characters work fine, but it's just my Worgen mage who's portrait is not working anywhere.

Have any of you guys experienced this before or have a clue as to what is causing it?

I've searched around the net, but can't find anything.

That's the problem:D

It might be that the mobile armory portraits for worgen and goblin have not been updated apropriately. Assuming its not the same size as the ones on the official site or forums.
 
What level is jou mage? Low levels usually don't update frequently. Maybe that's why?

I've had it happen to my rogue before, also Worgen, but he's slightly higher level now and I don't seem to get that problem anymore.

Well, I'm lvl 73 now, so I doubt it's due to lvl. This character has never shown up on places where it would normally show the portrait. The wow site also didn't show my character at the top right corner until a while ago. My mobile armory updates the lvl, but has never updated the portrait. Trying to view the 3D character also freezes the app. My lvl 56 nightelf druid works fine for example.
