Charge for Support using VoIP

OK I need help

I want to setup a support call center where I can charge for the call. Does anyone know of a VoIP Soft-phone that does this? (I am tired of FREE info calls). Hey if you can help send me the link.

I have 24/7 Broadband SORRY Faster Internet than Dialup. in the name of Iburst.
