We get water from bloem water, regularly we don't have water, now a pump broke and after four working days, today they ordered spares for the pump. Can one lay a charge against them, to get them to commit. Off course our anc town does not pay them. So who do you charge.

You'll get nowhere. We've been struggling with water on the South Coast for years. Right now we're on day 6 without water again. The entire December we had dry taps.

We reported it to the human rights commission, Carte blanche did a story, the ministers visited the municipality (Sisulu and mchunu). We still have no solution. Best would be to start making alternative arrangements such as a borehole or jojo tanks.

Let me guess, you get water from the Brandkop reservoir? I know that area (Pellissier and surrounds) has been struggling on and off for years.
