Charges dropped against Telkom CEO

I hope the same happens to that guy with the etoll fraud thing.
 
How can the fraud part be dropped? Does't this set a precedent for the other cases?
 
As I understand it, it doesn't set a precedent since no case was heard...

The NPA decided not to prosecute.
