I use between 6 and 10GB of mobile data each month. Please recommend the cheapest way to buy it (I don't have an LTE phone).

Telkom has 7.5Gb of data (Prepaid broadband LTE, will work with 4G/3G phones as well) for R99.

I don't think you'll find anything cheaper than that right now.

Go with Telkom straight like #2 suggestion or take a look at Axxess/Afrihost (Telkom and MTN).

EDIT: NVM they only start at 30GB.

With Axxess / Telkom LTE, when you sign up the minimum is 30 + 30 GB for R199.
Afterwards, however (I think it's after the 1st month I seemed to notice it), in the drop-down menu where you can choose to upgrade / downgrade packages, 10 + 10 GB appears @ R99 / month.

That's exactly what I did a few months ago - downgraded from the 30 to the 10 package, as backup for the Cell C Home Connecta using as main data atm.

Therefore, I think the 10 + 10 GB from Axxess is the best available for R99 / month, but it's a round-about-way getting to activate & use it.

Ingenious. Take it up OP.

Just spoke to Axxess Support about some other things & during the conversation was told they no longer offer the 10 +10, so doubt the OP would even see the option to downgrade to it after first signing up for the 30 + 30, these days.
