Cheap and Reliable VPS service providers

I have a cleint who has a VPS hosted with a certain service providers and they are keen to move the VPS to another provider can any of you guys recommend a reliable hosting company that has a competitive hosting monthly price

Afrihost has some pretty crazy deals on at the moment Linux VPSs, which they call "Cloud Server Hosting", but it's the same thing.

I'm not sure what the quality of their VPSs are like, but I have a dedicated Windows 2008 server with them that I manage myself which has been fine.
